Old Time Jam with Lonesome Jem
Every Second Sunday · 2–6 PM
Creek Stage at Intermountain
Free · All Skill Levels · All Ages
Join us for the Old Time Jam with Jem, a monthly open air gathering of musicians, singers, and listeners at the Creek Stage at Intermountain. This is a welcoming jam rooted in tradition and community hosted by Jemmy Bluestein.
Jem is a beloved local musician, tree planter, and land advocate whose life and work bridge forest stewardship and old time folk, cajun, and bluegrass music. He has performed and collaborated with legends such as Gene Ritchie and has long been a friend and supporter of the nursery and foothill community.
This jam is open to all skill levels from first time players to seasoned folk. All are encouraged to participate & all instruments are welcome. If you would rather listen feel free to bring a chair or blanket and settle in.
We gather by the creek and rocks where people have shared music, stories, and culture for many years. This is our way of continuing that tradition and creating space for connection, creativity, and community in a living landscape.
