Sun & Spirit: Summer Solstice Yoga + Native & Traditional Tea Tasting

  • Intermountain Nursery 30443 Auberry Rd Prather 93651 usa (map)

Max Capacity: 33

Intermountain Nursery presents Kellee Williams of Tower Yoga, with special guest herbalist, Nat Strafaci of Sunshadow Healing for a Summer Solstice Activation. Join us under the open sky for a radiant celebration of the summer solstice. We’ll begin the morning with an outdoor yoga practice led by Kellee and inspired by the expansive energy of the solstice. Expect gentle movement, breathwork, and grounding moments to align with the season’s peak light.

Following yoga, Nat & Raul will guide us through a sun-brewed medicinal tea tasting, offering insight into the energetics and ethnobotany of California native plants, seasonal herbs, and how to foster a relationship with them. We’ll sip, savor, and share in the beauty of community and plant medicine.

What to Bring

  • Yoga mat

  • Water bottle

  • Hat or sun protection

  • Journal (optional, for reflections)

*Please plan for outdoor conditions, shade is provided but space is limited!
